Energy Bites

- 3 cups old-fashioned oats
- 2 cups toasted shredded coconut
- 1½ cup peanut butter
- 1½ ground flaxseed
- 1 ½ cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 3 teaspoons vanilla
Instructions
- Stir ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
- Chill in refrigerate 1-2 hours.
- Roll into balls.
- Serve or refrigerate.
Notes
Freeze for up to three months.
