Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 2 cups toasted shredded coconut
  • cup peanut butter
  • ground flaxseed
  • 1 ½ cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 3 teaspoons vanilla

Instructions

  • Stir ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
  • Chill in refrigerate 1-2 hours.
  • Roll into balls.
  • Serve or refrigerate.

Notes

Freeze for up to three months.
