The Bread
This buttery bread is browned to perfection and goes well with pasta.

Ingredients
- 1 loaf French bread
- 1 stick butter
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Slice loaf lengthwise into two halves.
- Spread softened butter over each side of loaf.
- Place bread on sheet pan and bake until butter soaks into bread, ~10 minutes.
- Turn oven on broil,. Cook until butter begins to brown, 1-2 minutes. Watch closely!
